PRUForce is a superapp groomed to meet your agency needs. It will serve as your handy companion in your PLUK journey. This guide will help you download and install the current version of PRUForce (v2.0.0 Build 4) and troubleshoot the common issues you may encounter.

How do I download and install PRUForce in my iOS Device?

•Access the URL via your mobile phone > https://install.appcenter.ms/orgs/pruforce-lbus/apps/pruforce-ios-prd-ph/distribution_groups/public_pf20
•Tap on “Version 2.1.2 (6)"
•Tap on “INSTALL”
•Find Version 2.0.0 and tap on “INSTALL”, you will be redirected to the download status page, and tap on “Download” in the popup message box displayed on your screen
•Wait for your download to finish.
•Once done with the download, go to your iPhone’s Settings > General > Device Management > Select PRU LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF U.K. and tap “Trust PRU LIFE INSURANCE of U.K.”
•Once done, you may open your PRUForce Application
•“Allow” all popup messages
•Login using your PRISM User ID and Password.
PRUForce is compatible with iOS 11+.

How do I download and install PRUForce in my Android Device?

•Access the URL via your mobile phone > https://install.appcenter.ms/orgs/pruforce-lbus/apps/pruforce-android-prd-ph/distribution_groups/public_pf20
•Find Version 2.1.2 (6) and tap on “DOWNLOAD”, you will be redirected to the download status page, and tap on “Download” in the popup message box displayed on your screen
•Once done with the download, another popup window will appear saying “For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source” – tap on “Settings
•Slide the slider to “Allow from this source”, once enabled, tap on “Install
•Go back to your home screen and open your PRUForce Application
•“Allow” all popup messages
•Login using your PRISM User ID and Password.
PRUForce is compatible with Android 9+.

When I try to login, why do I keep seeing the error "Username and password does not match"?

Please use your active PRISM credentials to login. We recommend you to open your PRISM first to check if these credentials are active. If you have trouble opening your PRISM, use the "Forget Password" feature. If you have not activated your PRISM yet, please refer to this guide: https://mailchi.mp/prulifeuk/prism101

Can I use face ID or touch ID to login to PRUForce@PULSE? What are the limits?

Yes. After you have logged in to PRUForce@PULSE, you can click "Setting" in left-hand side menu. After you have enabled "Biometric login" in the Setting page, you can then use Touch ID/Face ID to login to PRUForce. There are instances that the biometric login will not work. This is because your password in PRISM has expired. Please login to PRISM to reset your account.

Who should I contact if PRUForce isn't working?

Please email PULSEGeniusSupport@prulifeuk.com.ph with the screenshot of the error/issue so we can investigate. Note that the PULSE Geniuses are online from Monday to Fridays, 9AM - 5PM.

Can I use PRUForce@PULSE in iPad/Tablet?

Yes, but the interface will be in horizontal orientation only same with PRUOne.

What is PULSE Genius?

PULSE Genius will help you adapt to PRUForce easily. Under this module, we have an in-app FAQs, bite-sized tutorial videos and a live Chat Support if you have a question about the app. Note that you must download WhatsApp first before connecting with a PULSE Genius in chat. We strongly suggest you to use our in-app escalation module in reporting your concerns

Are my numbers in Performance Dashboard in real-time?

The numbers in your Performance Module will have a delay of one (1) business day. We are still working on projecting a real-time data.

How do I receive notifications from PRUForce?

If you’re using iPhone:
Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is on. If you have notifications turned on for an app but you're not receiving alerts, you might not have Banners selected. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, then select Banners

If you’re using Android:
Open your phone's Settings app, tap Apps & notifications > Notifications.Under "Recently sent," find apps that recently sent you notifications. To find more apps, tap See all. Tap Advanced, then you can turn on all notifications for a listed app.To pick specific categories of notifications, tap the app's name.

How can I report any issue/correction of data in PRUForce@PULSE?

Yes. You can find these materials under PULSE Genius. Go to your Home Screen, click on the icon on the upper left corner for the sidebar and scroll down to Pulse Geniuses. Here, you will find an in-depth FAQs and Tutorial videos to guide you inside the app.

Is the WhatsApp Chat Support available 24/7?

Our PULSE Genius WhatsApp Chat Support is only available from 9AM - 5PM, Mondays - Fridays. Note that due to the load of requests we are receiving, it may take some time for a PULSE Genius to attend to you. For the meantime, we suggest you look into the FAQs as there is a chance your concern may be addressed there. If it's correction of data, you can send a screenshot under Feedback module.

Will we also have a Viber Chat Support inside PRUForce?

The team is closely looking into a Viber integration as we understand that Viber is what's commonly being used by our Agents. We consider Viber integration as a priority in PRUForce future releases.

If I escalated an issue or requested a correction via email, when can I expect a resolution?

Please give us 2 - 3 business days to respond to your concern. You will receive a response in your PRISM pluk email inbox.

What is PRUForce @PULSE?

PRUForce @PULSE is a superapp designed to contain our existing portals like PULSE Leads, PRUExpert, performance dashboard and many more. Right now, PULSE Leads is the only active module in PRUForce.

What are the features we can expect from PRUForce @PULSE?

Aside from PULSE Leads, PRUForce will soon have modules for the following: Recruitment, Training, Performance, Incentives, Sales Kit and more. We encourage you to attend our monthly PULSE Hour to learn more about PRUForce and the digital ecosystem that is PULSE. Watch out for the emails from Agency Support and Segment Marketing for the dates.

Will PRISM, PRUExpert and other digital portals continue to be up?

Yes. PRU's digital portals will continue to be live since the capability of PRUForce right now is limited. However, we will also integrate other features and modules from the existing portals into PRUForce.

I already have PRUForce installed in my phone for PRUForce v1 PRULeads. Will I need to re-download PRUForce 2.0?

Yes. Those who are accessing PRUForce right now for PRUForce version 1 - PRULeads are required to re-download and re-install the app. We will send the download link once the complete PRUForce 2.0 is live.

This PRUForce App sounds overwhelming but I'm excited for its features! Are there materials/trainings I can do to prepare myself?

Definitely! We are conducting the monthly PULSE Hour to discuss PULSE and PRUForce so feel free to attend if you can. We will also be releasing materials soon for your own training and sharing with fellow agents.
